Privacy Policy for WifiRange

This document explains the privacy policy for the WifiRange app ("the App"), which allows internet hotspot operators and agents to sell and recharge (renew) customer subscription cards, and manage their accounts and associated network subscriptions. The App is provided by WifiRange (Al-Tawakul 5G).

1. Information the App Collects

The App collects the following types of data to provide the card sales/recharge and account management service:

• Account and login data: username, password (stored encrypted), and account information required to sign in to the system and manage card sales/recharge operations.
• Device and network data: technical information about the device used (such as device type and operating system), and network data required to connect to the hotspot server (MikroTik) and complete the card recharge/activation on the correct network.

The App does not collect precise location data, contacts, photos, or any card-payment financial data (payment, where applicable, is handled outside the App, e.g. cash or local transfer systems).

2. How the Data Is Used

• Verifying the identity of the user (agent/operator) and signing them into the App.
• Linking each card sale/recharge operation to the correct customer account and network.
• Tracking and managing the recharge history associated with the user's account.

3. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any analytics tools, advertising services, or external payment gateways, and does not share any data with third parties.

4. Data Sharing and Retention

Collected data is used exclusively within WifiRange's own hotspot management systems and is not shared with any external party. Account data is retained for as long as the account remains active on the system.

5. Data Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect account data (such as password encryption) and to secure the connection between the App and the hotspot management server.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for internet service operators and agents (adult users) and is not directed at children under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the App's functionality. Any update will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly.
